About this calculator

The antilogarithm reverses a logarithm: if log_b(x) = y, then the antilog of y in base b is x = b^y. Concretely, this calculator raises whatever base you choose to the power of the entered value — the same operation as exponentiation, just framed as “undoing” a log.

It's the tool to reach for whenever you have a value expressed on a logarithmic scale and need it back in ordinary units — converting a pH reading back to hydrogen ion concentration, a decibel level back to a power ratio, or a Richter magnitude back to relative earthquake energy — making it useful across chemistry, acoustics, seismology, and engineering coursework.
