About this calculator
This calculator generates any row of Pascal's triangle, where each entry is a binomial coefficient C(n,k) — the number of ways to choose k items from a set of n. Every row starts and ends with 1, and each inner number is the sum of the two numbers above it.
Students use it for combinatorics and probability homework, and the same numbers are exactly the coefficients you get when expanding (a + b)ⁿ, which makes this calculator handy for checking binomial expansion problems too.
