About this calculator
This calculator reproduces Turkey's 2021 progressive income tax brackets to work out how a gross salary or annual income from that year would have been taxed, splitting the income across brackets and showing the resulting tax and net amount.
It's useful for payroll and HR staff reconciling historical payslips, accountants preparing back-dated calculations, and anyone comparing how the Turkish tax brackets and take-home pay have shifted since 2021. As with the current system, only the portion of income inside each bracket is taxed at that bracket's rate.
