About this calculator

This calculator adds or removes Turkey's value-added tax, known locally as KDV, from a price, letting you move between a tax-exclusive base price and the tax-inclusive amount a customer actually pays. Because different categories of goods and services can carry different KDV rates, the tool is built so the rate itself is an input you set rather than a fixed assumption.
