About this calculator
Affiliate earnings follow a simple funnel: traffic → clicks → conversions → commission. Starting from your expected clicks, multiplying by your conversion rate (the share of clicks that turn into a completed sale or sign-up) gives you the number of sales, and multiplying that by the commission per sale gives projected earnings — the same math affiliate networks and merchants use internally to forecast payouts.
Bloggers, YouTubers, coupon sites, comparison sites and email newsletter publishers all rely on this projection to decide which offers are worth promoting, since a high commission with a low conversion rate can easily earn less than a modest commission on a product that converts well.
