About this calculator

This calculator finds your Wilks score from bodyweight, total weight lifted, and sex, using the Wilks coefficient formula to normalize a powerlifting total against bodyweight. Because raw totals naturally favor heavier lifters, the Wilks coefficient scales each total so lifters across different weight classes can be ranked on equal footing.

Competitive powerlifters use it to see how their total stacks up against lifters in other weight classes, and meet organizers use the same coefficient to determine best-lifter awards across an entire competition. Enter your bodyweight, total, and sex to get your Wilks score.
